These terms apply to every service you buy from wdapro (“we”, “us”), including WhatsApp AI agents, AI calling, CRM and follow-up automation, AI video creation and posting, websites, and ad campaign management on Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn. By paying for a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services and scope

Each project starts with a free consultation. We then share the package, price and scope in writing (WhatsApp or email). Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

2. Prices and payment

• Package prices shown on wdapro.com are one-time setup fees in Indian Rupees.
• Usage charges of third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business API, AI services, calling minutes, hosting, domains and ad budgets) are paid by you directly on your own accounts, or billed to you at actual cost.
• For ad management, our service fee is 10% of your ad spend, billed monthly.
• Applicable taxes are charged extra where required by law.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct business details, price lists and the account access we need to set up the system.
• Make sure the content, products and offers you ask us to promote are legal and that you have the rights to any photos, videos or logos you share.
• Follow the rules of WhatsApp, Meta, Google, LinkedIn and YouTube. Accounts suspended by these platforms for your content or conduct are not our responsibility.

4. Results

We set up and run systems carefully, but sales, leads, ad results and platform approvals depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales or views.

5. Ownership

After full payment, the workflows, content and accounts set up for your business belong to you. We may show the work in our portfolio without sharing your private data, unless you ask us not to.

6. Third-party services

Our systems use services such as n8n, WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenAI, Google, Meta, LinkedIn and YouTube. Changes, outages or price changes on these platforms can affect your system; we will help adjust the setup when that happens.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or business.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh.
